Postmark is free to use. Only watermark photos you have the right to use, keep your originals, and know that the tool is provided as it is.
Using Postmark
By using Postmark you agree to these terms. Postmark is a free tool for adding watermarks, price tags, stickers, contact details and QR codes to photos. It runs in your browser and needs no account.
Your photos and content
You keep all rights to your photos, logos and text. Because Postmark works on your device, we never receive or store them. You are responsible for what you watermark and how you use the results.
Only use photos, logos and names that you own or have permission to use. Do not use Postmark to:
- put your mark on someone else's photos to claim them as your own
- remove, cover or replace another person's watermark or credit
- pretend to be another person, shop or brand
- mislead buyers, for example with false prices or stickers
- break any law
Watermarks are a deterrent, not a guarantee
A watermark makes copying harder and shows who a photo belongs to, but it cannot fully stop someone from cropping, editing or misusing an image. Postmark cannot promise that your photos will not be copied.
Keep your originals
Postmark makes new, watermarked copies and does not change your original files. Keep your originals safe. We are not responsible for lost files.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to support Postmark. You don't receive extra features or services in return, and donations are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If you sent money by mistake, contact your bank or e-wallet first.
No warranty
Postmark is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Postmark and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the tool. This includes lost files, lost sales and disputes over photos.
Changes
We may update Postmark or these terms at any time. When the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Postmark after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
